1. Subscription plans
If you purchased a paid subscription (e.g. Silver or Gold) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not substantially used the paid allowance (as a guideline, no more than a small number of checks consumed). After 14 days, or once the allowance has been substantially used, the subscription is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
2. One-time check packs and points
Check packs and points are consumable digital goods. Points that have already been used are non-refundable. If you purchased a pack and have not used any of its points, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Partially used packs may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion, at our reasonable discretion.
3. Crypto (USDT) payments
Crypto payments made through NOWPayments are eligible for the same 14-day window described above. Because crypto transactions are irreversible and subject to exchange-rate and network fees, any approved refund is issued in USDT for the net amount actually received, and network fees are non-refundable. Refunds are sent to a wallet address you confirm with us.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@specwallet.com from the address on your account with:
- your account email;
- the order or receipt reference;
- the plan or pack purchased and the reason for the request.
5. How refunds are processed
Card payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record; approved card refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Crypto refunds are processed as described in section 3. We will confirm the outcome of your request by email.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we aim to resolve billing issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the account while the dispute is reviewed.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
