1. The Service
Wallet Spec analyses blockchain addresses, tokens, transactions, websites and email addresses and returns a readable risk assessment with supporting signals, aggregated from on-chain data and third-party threat-intelligence sources.
Informational only. All results are probabilistic risk indicators, not statements of fact, guarantees, or certifications. Wallet Spec does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for any decision you make, and you should conduct your own due diligence before acting on any result.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at support@specwallet.com.
3. Plans, checks and points
The Service is offered through free and paid plans, one-time check packs, and API access. Paid features are metered in “checks” or “points” as described on the pricing and billing pages. Consumed checks are used as you run analyses; the current allowance is shown in your dashboard. We may adjust plans, limits and pricing prospectively; changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for during its current term.
4. Payments and billing
- Card payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Crypto (USDT) payments are processed by NOWPayments.
- We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which are added where required.
- Subscription plans renew for successive terms unless cancelled before the renewal date; one-time packs are charged once.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion or fraud;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its output except as expressly permitted by an API plan;
- reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- misrepresent a Wallet Spec result as a guarantee, certification, or endorsement.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, scoring, design and content, is owned by Wallet Spec and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the inputs and data you submit.
7. Third-party data and sources
Risk signals are derived in part from public blockchain data and third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data, and results may change as those sources are updated.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result is accurate, current, or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallet Spec will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wallet Spec harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of business of the Service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
